I love the different papers that we had to choose from for this project. My very favorite was the blue and white houndstooth. I used this as the background for my tag. I love the way the blue, green, and bright red go together. I think I am going to use the sameish colors to make our Christmas stockings.
I made a little Christmas tree popout and used the diamond brad as the star. I also cut out a “Merry Christmas” from some of the paper and glued a little bow made from the burlap on the top. And of course some ric rac on the bottom.
I like the way it turned out. Apparently so did this little one.
If you ask me, the best part is not the gift tag, but it’s what’s inside the gift in this case: homemade english toffee. YUM!
Now I just need to decide who to give it to.
If you need someone to give it to…. um… I like toffee!
