Remember the block of the month? Well, October’s was posted on the 25th and I was able to finish mine last night. I am going to go back and make a second one of block 1 so that the finished quilt will be larger.
The pictures aren’t the best, but you can see the difference in the fabrics and styles. For this quilt, I am using all different red and blue fabrics that I like.
It’s a small project, but one that I am having fun with. It is really good practice for me and is helping me improve my quilting skills. Hopefully as I go along I will get faster at it too. I jokingly told my husband that it takes so long because I sew everything three times and unpick it twice.
