In an effort to save money and improve my cooking skills, we have made a commitment that we will not be doing any eating out except for on date nights. The only problem is that I only have 2-3 go to recipes and not all of them are ideal for summer time because they make me roast in my kitchen. I saw this recipe a few weeks ago and decided to try it out.
I didn’t want to pay the $6.99 for the brie cheese and used feta and mozzarella instead. It was delicious!! It was fresh, full of flavor and easy to make. We will definitely be making this one again.
