it comes from my wonderful father. He loves finding a great deal and because he is handy he finds potential in so many things. Growing up we used to go and it was fun to be with Dad, but I never realized how much I love it until this summer.
My husband and I have a commitment every Saturday morning, but we have had this month free and have really been enjoying going to garage sales the last few weeks. Yesterday my husband got an almost new chop saw and jig saw for $85. We saw the same chop saw later in the day at Lowe’s for $219. score.
I love the excitement of finding something new. I love being able to furnish my home with items that I have purchased and then painted to become my own. And I’m so glad that every time we go it makes me think of my Dad and how much I love him.
