I’m working on a secret project… a quilt for a friend whose wedding is just around the corner. I chose a simple design, 4 1/2 inch squares with white sashing between each square.
It’s taken me forever to cut into this fabric, “Summertime” by Barbara Jones. It’s sat, neatly folded and stacked in my studio for months. I threw in a couple of other prints just for fun. I’m loving the happy color scheme and the bold designs.
The quilt top is finished; now I need to baste, quilt, and get the binding on before we leave on vacation this weekend. Wish me luck!
