There are no children in our home to make Easter full of activities. We celebrate the quiet peace and usually dye eggs so we can have them for our favorite egg salad sandwiches. But this year I wanted to try something different then my normal, average looking eggs.
I’ve seen many people out there in blog land do the silk tie dyed eggs. I have no idea who came up with the original idea so am not sure who to credit for it.
But here is my result for my first try:
I like them. I like the artistic look and even like the imperfect ones. That’s what Easter is all about anyway, isn’t it? Imperfect people celebrating someone who is perfect.
